Built by an engineer who got tired of doing things the hard way.

Soku Systems exists to free your time and we have the experience to prove it.

Why we exist

Most small businesses reach a point where the manual work starts winning. The team grows, the processes get messier, and the tools that used to be good enough stop keeping up. The answer isn't always more software it's smarter systems built around how the business actually operates.

The founder story

It started with a writing business.

Before Soku Systems, Patrick built OmegaOutdoors.blog, an outdoor-themed freelance writing operation that grew fast enough to require a team of over a dozen writers. And with that team came the admin work. Assignments sent manually. Deadlines tracked in spreadsheets. Files named inconsistently and stored everywhere. The kind of operational chaos that doesn't feel like a problem until it's consuming half your week.

That's when the engineering background kicked in.

With an undergraduate degree in physics from the University of North Georgia, a second undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech, and a master's in electrical and computer engineering, also from Georgia Tech, the instinct wasn't to hire someone to manage the chaos. It was to build a system that eliminated it.

That system became Crosshair Content Co., a content business built from the ground up around automation. Writers receive their briefs automatically. Editors get notified the moment an article is submitted. Invoices generate themselves when projects close. What used to take hours of admin work every week now runs on its own.

The results were significant enough that the question stopped being "how do we improve this?" and became "why isn't every business doing this?"

That question became Soku Systems.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about where your time is actually going. We look at the processes your team repeats every week, the tools that don't talk to each other, and the decisions being made without the right information. Then we build the systems that fix it — using automation platforms, AI, custom software, or whatever combination makes the most sense. We don't disappear after delivery. The businesses we work with best are the ones that want a long-term technical partner — someone who understands their operation and keeps improving it as it grows.

We build in public.

These are systems we built for Crosshair Content Co. a real content business managing a team of writers, editors, and clients. Every example below is live and running today.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique. Duis cursus, mi quis viverra ornare, eros dolor interdum nulla, ut commodo diam libero vitae erat.
